Fast becoming THE popular residence of choice in Long Island City, The Industry LIC is a 76-unit condominium with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with prices starting in the $390,000’s. The building was developed by Silvercup Studios’ owners Alan Suna and Stuart Match Suna.
Right in the heart of Long Island City at 21-45 44th Drive between 21st and 23rd Streets, The Industry LIC is just a five-minute ride to Midtown Manhattan. Nearby subways include the E, M, 7 and G lines making the location convenient to all.

The building also offers a15-year, 421a tax abatement and is already FHA-approved making it easier for prospective residents to get mortgages. Construction is nearly complete and residents will begin moving in this Spring.
